Measured, mixed, blended, rolled, cut, baked, dipped, decorated, glazed, frosted…all by hand.

Starting with pure ingredients like eggs and milk from local farms, fine chocolate, small-batch milled organic flour, unbleached cane sugar and natural flavorings, our pastries taste as good as the quality foods from which they’re made.

 

Croissants

 

We Make four different types of Croissants at Whole German Breads. Plain Croissant, Multigrain Croissant, Chocolate Croissants (Pain au Chocolat), and Almond Croissant. 

Scones

 

We make seven different kinds of muffins at Whole German Breads. Straberry scone, Blueberry scone, Wallnut scone, Apple - Cinnamon scone, Ginger scone, Maple scone, and Chocolate Chip scone. 

 

 

Muffins 

 

We make seven different kinds of muffins at Whole German Breads. Apple - Cinnamon muffin, Banana - Chocolate Chip muffin, Blueberry muffin, Bran muffin, Chocolate muffin, Lemon Poppi muffin, and Morning Glory muffin. 

 

Streuselkuchen

 

This is a delicious, traditional german cake consisting of a traditional soft cake dough bottom, fruit filling, and crumbs on top. The two flavors that we make are apple and mixed berry.
